about us
We use off-site manufactured components and Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to deliver resilient and energy- efficient homes. This is part of a mission-driven commitment to improving the housing industry and ensuring fair and equal access to safe, comfortable housing choices.
We are currently focused on community revitalization in North Titusville, Birmingham. We built the first-ever SIP homes for affordability in Alabama with four more on the way, providing quality housing for families within Metro Birmingham.
Fortis Homes leverage SIPs for superior energy efficiency, helping residents save around $1200 annually on energy costs.
Our SIPs design reduces emissions and energy usage, contributing to a sustainable future. The innovative design minimizes waste and optimizes resource use.
The panelized modular design allows Fortis to cut construction time on-site, reducing labor costs and enabling rapid housing development.
Built to last, Fortis Homes require less upkeep, providing long-term affordability for homeowners. Savings on energy costs and durability make these homes a smart investment.
Flexible building methods meet diverse housing needs, allowing for innovation and faster construction of new affordable units.

how we work
Fortis reimagines home construction by applying existing technologies in an innovative way. The process results in energy-efficient, high-quality homes faster, ensuring sustainability and superior craftsmanship.
The home's SIP panels arrive on a truck to our warehouse. Our precise logistics ensure timely delivery and seamless integration into the construction process.
While the home site and foundation are prepped, the construction team begins assembling the interior walls in our controlled warehouse environment.
When it's time to go vertical, the SIP panels, interior walls, and appliances are ready to be moved to the site as needed. This streamlined process reduces delays and increases construction efficiency.
